Columbus Apartment

This apartment is situated in a charming pre-war building on the Upper West Side, just a block from Central Park. After selling her Brooklyn apartment and moving here, the client returned to us for another renovation. We preserved the original wood floors and trim while updating the finishes throughout. The small galley kitchen and bathroom were fully renovated, featuring a striking combination of brave green and grey-veined marble countertops and backsplash, along with top-of-the-line Subzero and Wolf appliances and playful brass cabinet pulls.

600 SF: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom

The bathroom pays homage to NYC’s pre-war style with a twist, showcasing larger white subway tiles and black accents for the medicine cabinet and hexagonal floor. A custom-built marble shampoo niche adds a luxurious touch. To address the bedroom’s lack of storage, we designed a stunning 15-foot floor-to-ceiling closet. The client recently purchased an adjacent one-bedroom apartment, and we're excited to plan a third renovation in 2025 to combine both spaces.
